Terms of Service

These are the basic terms for using intake, consultation and status tracking.

TensorVault Terms of Service Article 1 Purpose These Terms of Service set forth the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities related to the use of the TensorVault website and related services operated by Sugarcube Networks Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). Article 2 Definitions ① “Service” means the repair intake, consultation, diagnosis, quotation, payment guidance, inbound and outbound shipping guidance, reports, warranty lookup, and customer support functions provided by the Company for GPUs and related equipment. ② “User” means any customer, requester, administrator, or partner who uses the Service, whether or not such person has registered for an account. ③ “Member” means a User who creates an account through the procedures designated by the Company. Article 3 Effect and Modification of Terms ① These Terms become effective when posted on the website or presented to Users during service use, including account registration, repair intake, quotation approval, or payment. ② The Company may amend these Terms when necessary due to changes in service policies, operating procedures, applicable laws, or reasonable business needs. ③ Material changes will be announced in advance through the website, email, in-service notification, or other appropriate means before they take effect. Article 4 Matters Not Covered by These Terms Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, as well as the Company’s individual notices, quotations, and Privacy Policy. Article 5 Service Agreement and Accounts ① A service agreement for Members is formed when a User agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and the Company approves the registration or service request. ② The Company may reject an application or restrict use of the Service if the submitted information is false, another person’s information is used, the request may interfere with service operations, the User has previously violated applicable laws or these Terms, or other reasonable grounds exist. ③ Users are responsible for securely managing their account, email verification codes, passwords, and other authentication methods. Users are responsible for any damage arising from negligent management or unauthorized use by a third party. Article 6 Provision and Changes of the Service ① The Company will use reasonable efforts to provide the Service in a stable manner, unless prevented by business, operational, or technical circumstances. ② The Service may be temporarily suspended in whole or in part due to scheduled maintenance, system replacement, incident response, security measures, external service failures, natural disasters, or other necessary circumstances. ③ The Company may improve or change the structure, screens, functions, and operating procedures of the Service, and will provide prior notice of material changes. Article 7 Repair Intake, Diagnosis, and Quotations ① When submitting a repair request, Users must provide accurate information necessary for diagnosis and consultation, including the device manufacturer, model name, serial number, symptoms, photos, and contact information. ② The Company provides guidance on repair feasibility and estimated costs based on the submitted information, photos, inbound device condition, and diagnostic results. ③ Final repair fees, parts costs, shipping costs, and warranty conditions may be confirmed after inbound diagnosis and customer approval. ④ Repairs proceed only after the User approves the quotation and the Company confirms payment or bank transfer. Article 8 Payment, Withdrawal, and Refunds ① TensorVault’s pricing is generally confirmed through consultation and quotation. Individual quotations, approval records, payment confirmations, or payment notices shall take precedence for each transaction. ② Users may request withdrawal, cancellation, or refund within the scope permitted by applicable laws. ③ If diagnosis, repair, custom parts procurement, customized work, or shipping has already begun at the User’s request, the Company may deduct actual costs incurred and the value of services already provided. ④ If a product or service is provided differently from the displayed, advertised, or agreed terms, withdrawal, exchange, or refund shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws. ⑤ Shipping fees and additional costs caused by User error, change of mind, incorrect information, or failure to disclose the device condition may be borne by the User. Article 9 Shipping, Inbound and Outbound Handling, and Device Storage ① Users must follow the Company’s instructions regarding packaging, shipping, case number marking, and included accessories. ② Responsibility for damage caused by improper packaging, incorrect address information, missing accessories, or transportation incidents shall be determined based on the cause and fault. ③ When a tracking number is registered, the Company will provide shipping tracking information where reasonably available and guide Users to track shipment status through CJ Logistics, FedEx, or another carrier designated by the Company. ④ If a User does not respond for an extended period or fails to receive the device after diagnosis or repair completion, the Company may take necessary measures, including storage fees, return shipping, or termination of storage, after prior notice. Article 10 Warranty and After-Service ① Warranty policies are provided according to the applicable repair and supply conditions. ② Warranty generally applies only to the scope of repair performed by the Company and replacement parts provided by the Company. ③ Warranty may not apply in cases involving external impact, liquid damage, unauthorized disassembly or modification, overvoltage, mining or excessive load usage, consumable parts, pre-existing defects, or restrictions under manufacturer policies. ④ Warranty periods and conditions stated in quotations, reports, release notices, or separate agreements shall take precedence. Article 11 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct Users shall not engage in any of the following acts: ① Submitting false information, another person’s information, or devices or materials without proper authority; ② Interfering with the Service through malware, illegal files, excessive traffic, or automated requests; ③ Infringing the rights, reputation, credit, personal information, or trade secrets of the Company, its employees, partners, or other Users; ④ Attempting abnormal access, security bypass, data extraction, unauthorized crawling, or reverse engineering of the Service; ⑤ Using the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or publicly improper purposes. Article 12 Obligations of the Company ① The Company will use reasonable efforts to provide the Service in a stable manner in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. ② The Company will use reasonable efforts to review legitimate opinions or complaints submitted by Users and take necessary measures. ③ The Company protects personal information processed in connection with the Service in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Article 13 Uploaded Materials and Intellectual Property ① Users are responsible for the rights and obligations related to photos, symptom descriptions, documents, and other materials they upload. ② Users permit the Company to store, review, analyze, transfer, and retain such materials within the scope necessary to provide and process the Service. ③ Rights to TensorVault’s screens, logos, text, databases, report templates, software, and operational materials belong to the Company or their lawful rights holders. Article 14 Damages and Limitation of Liability ① If the Company or a User causes damage to the other party by violating these Terms or applicable laws, the responsible party shall compensate the other party for such damage. ② The Company shall be liable for damages caused by its willful misconduct or negligence in accordance with applicable laws. ③ The Company’s liability may be limited for damages caused by User fault, third-party service failures, carrier-related causes, pre-existing device defects, inaccurate information provided by the User, or force majeure events. Article 15 Use Restrictions and Termination ① If a User violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the Company’s reasonable operating standards, the Company may restrict the User’s access to the Service or terminate the service agreement after prior notice. ② In urgent cases involving security risks, illegal acts, infringement of third-party rights, or system disruption, the Company may take immediate action first and provide notice afterward. ③ Users may request account termination or discontinuation of service use at any time. However, information required for ongoing repairs, payments, shipping, warranties, disputes, or legal retention obligations may be processed or retained within the necessary scope. Article 16 Notices and Customer Support ① The Company may provide notices through website postings, account email, text message, phone call, in-service notification, or other reasonable means using the contact information provided by the User. ② Inquiries regarding service use, quotations, payments, shipping, warranties, or these Terms may be submitted to saleserver@naver.com or 02-6741-2425. Article 17 Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction ① The Company and Users shall make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Service through mutual consultation. ② Any dispute that cannot be resolved through consultation shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act and other applicable laws. Addendum These Terms take effect on May 29, 2026.

These terms are updated with notice when service policy, payment and shipping operations or applicable law changes.
